肺间质病与纵隔、胸膜疾病专业组

    间质性肺疾病实际上是一组疾病的总称，包括200多种不同的疾病，这些疾病的病因，发病机制、病理改变、自然病程、治疗方法及预后各不相同，但是它们都表现以肺间质为主要病变部位，以肺间质部位的炎症、纤维化为特征性病理改变，故将其统称为间质性肺疾病。间质性肺疾病专业主要是针对这些不同的疾病进行诊断与治疗以及对病程与预后进行监测，同时也对其病因，发病机理及新型的诊治方法进行研究探索，是呼吸疾病学的一个分支。

    北京朝阳医院-北京呼吸疾病研究所专门设立了间质性肺疾病专业组，这无论是对间质性肺疾病专业的发展，还是对越来越多的间质性肺疾病患者的健康都具有重要意义。在本专业组组建1年半以来，各项业务都在迅速发展，病房与门诊病人的管理日趋规范化，系统化，诊治水平不断提高。

    专业组结合本专业领域的进展，制定了慢性间质性肺疾病的诊断程序和一些特殊间质性肺疾病的诊治方案。

    收治来自全国各地的各种间质性肺疾病患者200多例，出院后进行定期门诊复诊或电话咨询，病情恢复良好或稳定。同期也诊治疑难病症多例，如特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)、闭塞性细支气管炎伴机化性肺炎(BOOP)，非特异性间质性肺炎(NSIP)，脱屑性间质性肺炎(DIP)，弥漫性泛细支气管炎(DPB)，淋巴管平滑肌瘤病，慢性嗜酸粒细胞性肺炎等。

    建立了比较规范的支气管肺泡灌洗液的实验室检查方法，开展了BALF的常规检测及一些特殊检测项目，如BALF的细胞计数与分类；BALF的免疫细胞学检测包括CD3, CD4, CD8，CD57, CD1, EMA等；BALF中的病原体检测如卡氏肺孢子虫、巨细胞病毒包涵体等；BALF的特殊染色如铁染色，PAS染色等。

    本专业组吸引聚集了一批具有医学博士、硕士学位的青年医师，其主要的业务骨干是从德国留学归来的医学博士，曾在国际著名的间质性肺疾病专业领域的专家，上任欧洲呼吸杂志主编Costabel教授的指导下，潜心学习各种间质性肺疾病的诊治，支气管肺泡灌洗的临床应用及有关间质性肺疾病的实验研究，打下了比较坚实的理论和实践基础，积累了比较丰富的经验，并多次在国际会议上宣读论文和国际刊物上发表文章(见相关领域发表论文目录)。
